Fredy and his company have done extensive renovation work for two of my houses in Maryland. The works performed were well done, very professional and I had no complaints. The owner Fredy was very experienced, informative and also willing to answers all of my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Prices were competitive and within my budget and without unreasonable extras or hidden fees. Teams were respectful, clean and skilled. I would highly recommend Fredy and his company for my future projects.
Fredy and his crew did an amazing job in my house. I had a number of estimates, and I was told by some because of the damage to ceilings from the “popcorn” paint and the scraping to remove it, that the only way to repair the ceiling was by installing new drywall. Fredy told me he could repair the ceiling. I can’t believe how perfect the ceilings are – no one would ever know that they weren’t flat all along. Job is excellent. Fredy and his crew are also terrific carpenters. I had a number of areas where work was done for insulation, HVAC, and plumbing, and walls needed to be closed or ducts needed to be framed. Fredy and his crew are professionals, and I recommend them highly. In addition, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies who wanted to sub-contract the drywall work.
Maxc Impressions remodeled two bathrooms in an investment home due to poor craftsmanship from a previous contractor. They carefully removed all tiles, faucet fixtures, backer boards, tub and vanities from both bathroom. They had to correct both tub decks due to instability from last contractor. They installed backer boards, tiled all tub decks and walls correctly and re-installed tubs, vanities and faucet fixtures.
Their finished product received laud comments from potential buyers during an open house. Because of Maxc Impression professionalism and skills, we were able to find a potential buyer who loved the bathrooms. I have and will continue to work with Maxc Impressions for all of our Investments homes.

The owner and crew were pleasant and professional. Fredy was quite detail oriented with the work order/invoice elements and was responsive and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The crew left the work site in good order at the end of each day and cleaned up well at the completion of the project. The work was completed within the estimated timeframe, but there were a few finishing details that I thought could have been improved. Fredy reviewed them with me immediately and had his crew come by the very next day to fix the issues. Great service and communication. Much appreciated!
We kept on adding other things as well because his pricing was so reasonable. The work was excellent and Fredy and his crew are extremely professional and hardworking! I won’t use anyone else and have referred him onto several friends because of the quality work he delivers!

MaxC did an excellent job on my condo. They painted the entire place, which included the prep and painting of kitchen cabinets. I’m completely satisfied with the result. The previous owners had left a number of bumps on the walls from botched patch jobs, but Fredy and his team smoothed them out, repaired cracks, and made the walls look smooth and even. The kitchen cabinets look brand new. The price for the work was reasonable, & they were a pleasure to work with. Strong recommendation.
I was very, very pleased with the work done by Maxc. The work was done very professionally. The workers were very careful and courteous. They worked very hard, all day long. I have a two-story entrance way with stairs leading up to the second level. There is also a large arched window over the front door. Maxc painted all the walls and the trim. It was not an easy job because of the very high walls. The result is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier…
They were very professional in every aspect of doing a bath renovation. Over the years I have had work done to my home from window replacement to whole room additions and no one was as good as Freedy and his crew.

Fredy, David, and their team did a fantastic job painting all of our exterior trim, doors, and siding. They were very easy to work with and wanted to get everything just right. Very detail oriented. We also used them for interior insulation and drywall, which was done perfectly. They are also affordable.

Fredy and his team were fantastic to work with and did a fabulous job renovating our bathroom. They were punctual, attentive to detail, extremely clean and accommodating with our last minute changes. Leo was great about confirming every detail with us at every step. Would definitely recommend.

Maxc Impressions did a terrific job on our kitchen renovation. Fredy pulled together team members and subcontractors who were very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise for the renovation and made sure to confirm we were on the same page as work progressed. Fredy designated a project lead who knew the plan for the renovation and provided continuity in project execution. He was highly skilled and meticulous and his work was fantastic. He was so pleasant and very conscientious about working around us, as we lived in the house during the renovation. The whole team was courteous and very careful about cleaning up at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. When issues arose, Fredy and his project lead quickly brought them to our attention and worked with us to find a workable solution. Overall, it was a great experience, we love our kitchen, and we would be happy to work with Fredy and his team on future projects. We definitely recommend Fredy and Maxc Impressions.

This is a post that is long overdue, but truly well earned and well deserved!Fredy and the team at Max C delivered stellar service and impeccable attention to detail when they painted my home. We used MaxC to do a small drywall restoration job, following some drywall removal needed in a new electrical installation in our house. They responded quickly, and did an excellent and very professional job in replacing the drywall and painting it afterwards. The repair was perfect -- it looks like the original drywall was never removed. And, they gave us a very fair price.

Fredy and his group are awesome. They just completed our 3rd home project. They have done everything from making a fence to painting to installing ceiling fans to replacing countertops and backsplash. They are very reasonable and a kind group of people. I can't recommend them enough!

We were referred to MaxC by our realtor to help us get our 60 year old house ready to put on market. There was a lot to be done and we were trying to minimize the investment. Our experience with MaxC was outstanding from start to finish. Fredy was quick to respond to my inquiry, coming to do a walkthrough and provide a detailed estimate for the various projects we needed, including sheetrock, painting, plumbing and carpentry. He was patient and understanding as we worked through the scope of the work we would engage them for, providing input whenever requested, and updating the estimate as decisions were reached. Through the period of time they were working on the house there were changes and additions that the team accomodated quickly and efficiently The house looks great, everything was on budget and within the timelines promised. And the team was professional and friendly throughout. Sadly, we are too far away to engage the MaxC team to work on our new house, but I would definitely recommend Maxc to anyone looking for the services they offer..

The men that came to do the work were professional and easy to work with. The ceiling work they were doing for me looks perfect, they cleaned up after, and it was completed on time.
